    2. Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations will result in the return being declined.

    3. Packaging: Handbags must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit back to us.

    4. Proof of Purchase: Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    How to Return Your Handbag:

    1. Contact Us: Before returning, please contact our customer service team at infom2collective@gmail.com or @m2_collective_ with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code.

    2. Secure Shipping: Ship the handbag to us using a secure and trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

     

     

    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your returned handbag, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

     

    Exceptions:

    Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

    Faulty Items: If your handbag arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
